Lead the development of the Men’s Sweaters sourcing function for NE & EUR, identifying and onboarding new vendor partners, building scalable supply chains, and negotiating cost, quality, and lead times. Key Responsibilities

•Scout for vendor partners in NE & EUR who can manufacture high quality Men’s Sweaters products with fast production lead time.
•Pitching and onboarding vendor partners with clear criteria around the initial test period and ensuring their ability to scale if the test period is successful.
•Drive excellence in partner operations for existing supplier relationships within current Quince categories, while expanding a redundant supplier base and improving product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable sales and profitability.
•Manage capacity at a supplier and style level to keep pace with company growth and scale.
•Material Sourcing: source materials to improve product cost, quality and speed; negotiate with suppliers across the supply chain from T1 to T3 as needed.

Key Requirements

•Experience: 10 year+ sourcing and merchandising experience in Men’s apparel categories with high-end national brands in the United States & Europe, specifically in Men’s Sweaters.
•Strong vendor relationships or ability to cultivate them and the operational rigor to scale new supply chains that deliver on cost, quality, and lead time.
•Ability to scale supplier networks, manage capacity at supplier and style level, and negotiate open costing with vendors.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence across functions and nationalities.
•Self-motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented with a track record in supply chain or operations within retail.
