Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage service projects from estimate to completion, ensuring timely delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • •Plan and analyze projects by establishing schedules, parameters, and procedures to meet system objectives.
  • •Create estimates and proposals; enter projects, order parts and supplies, track parts, and schedule labor with customers and internal teams.
  • •Issue purchase orders and generate work orders; coordinate review of completion and billing.
  • •Receive and qualify subcontractor proposals, assist Sales as needed, and communicate with customers and field support while ensuring safe work per Trane and OSHA policies.

Key Requirements
