Service Project Manager

Own service projects from estimate to completion for HVAC work, ensuring on-time delivery, strong financial performance, and high customer satisfaction. Build schedules and project parameters, create estimates and proposals, issue purchase orders and work orders, and coordinate parts, labor, billing, and subcontractors. Communicate with customers and field teams, drive corrective actions when needed, and follow Trane/OSHA safety requirements.
