Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, operate and optimize Fortinet cybersecurity solutions to ensure security measures align with Fortinet's recommended practices and perform optimally.
  • •Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and security concerns, while evaluating potential risks to their data, software, and hardware infrastructure.
  • •Own service requests, ensuring their prompt and efficient execution within designated SLAs.
  • •Monitor performance, capacity, and security threats for managed devices.
  • •Troubleshoot problems and provide corrective actions to restore operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Network Operations Center
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • •Hands-on experience with security products and technologies (e.g. Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SD-WAN, VPN, ZTNA)
  • •Strong TCP/IP networking, routing and switching knowledge and troubleshooting skills
