Key Responsibilities

•Reinvent the sales workflow by moving reps from siloed AI tools to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment.
•Build and sequence the Sales AI roadmap, deciding where to start and prioritizing highest-impact automation over less valuable features.
•Get hands-on with the product by writing prompts, wiring connectors, and evaluating outputs to understand what’s happening and unblock progress.
•Empower better, faster offers by bringing together knowledge on offers, content, and market signals so reps create more relevant offers with stronger arguments.
•Keep the experience coherent by partnering with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas and driving outcomes tied to offer relevance and win rate.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years in a product management role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI/agentic products.
•Genuine excitement for AI, including reasoning about how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production (failure modes included).
•Hands-on builder mindset—comfortable working close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, evaluation) to unblock progress.
•Strong product execution: set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively balancing quality, speed, and impact.
•Fluency in French and English, with strong written communication across internal and external audiences.
