Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools globally and within the site/HQ interface.
  • •Identify areas for improvement to drive continual improvement for digital tools.
  • •Support complex digital tool problems, using data analytics and multiple sources of information.
  • •Handle model propagation and dashboard configuration, and monitor signals for short- and long-term trends.
  • •Mentor others on troubleshooting methodologies and learning new tools and processes.
