Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute project controls strategy, including cost management, risk management, and schedule management.
  • •Own project budget approval processes and develop/recommend project budget, cash flow, and financial plan.
  • •Lead risk workshops and establish risk likelihood/severity, mitigation actions, and owners; coordinate ongoing risk process and Monte Carlo analyses.
  • •Develop and oversee reporting and project gateway/approval documentation, including performance measurement, forecasting, trending, issues/actions, progress, and overall status.
  • •Lead and motivate the Project Controls team; oversee estimating, asset costing, contingency methodology, change management and impact mitigation strategies, and review recovery plans and claims recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •10+ years of relevant project controls experience.
  • •2+ years managing project control teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Knowledge of multiple contract delivery methods and proven success with schedules, cost control, estimating, and risk management.
  • •Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
