  • •Provide enablement to relevant recruiting stakeholders by ensuring access to knowledge and resources needed to excel.
  • •Maintain an updated repository of knowledge articles so program information stays accurate, relevant, and easily discoverable.
  • •Identify and implement operational improvements across recruiting programs and processes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency through measurable metrics.
