Evenings Digital Triage Registered Nurse (Contract)

Provide digital phone triage and clinical support for incoming patient communications as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Conduct phone assessments to determine the best path of care for primary and urgent needs, while helping develop processes and systems for urgent care and virtual triage. This 6-month, 40 hours/week contract role focuses on evening shifts and centers on high-quality clinical decision-making and patient support.
