Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert utilities and infrastructure as-built drawings and data into structured GIS datasets compliant with GIS data models and standards.
  • •Perform GIS data validation and QA/QC, resolving spatial, attribute, topology, and connectivity issues to meet accuracy, completeness, and quality requirements.
  • •Work with utilities, infrastructure, and land GIS datasets, applying validation and connectivity rules to ensure data integrity.
  • •Support Enterprise GIS and geodatabase management, including feature classes, relationships, domains, subtypes, topology, and network-related data structures.
  • •Develop and automate GIS data transformation and ETL workflows using Python, ArcGIS ModelBuilder, and/or FME while improving conversion and QA/QC processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of hands-on experience converting utilities and infrastructure as-built data into GIS.
  • •Strong experience in GIS data extraction, conversion, cleansing, validation, and QA/QC.
  • •Experience with spatial relationships, topological behaviors, network connectivity, and GIS validation rules in enterprise GIS environments.
  • •Native Arabic speaker; English professional proficiency.
