HR Controlling internship

Support HR controlling during an organizational transition by validating HR data using Data Shaker/adhoc reports and ensuring corrections are handled by the right teams. Assist the HR Controller with inputs for monthly closing items and contribute to Rolling Forecast updates (RF07/RF10) by maintaining organizations in Adaptive. Help implement new ways of working under the updated governance setup (French GI vs. BU Gold).
