Key Responsibilities

  • •Own an end-to-end product domain or major population health workflow within Atlas, including strategy, roadmap, PRDs, and prioritization.
  • •Lead customer and market discovery across customer segments and healthcare stakeholders to identify needs and validate solutions.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, and domain teams to translate healthcare workflows into scalable product experiences.
  • •Identify opportunities to apply AI, analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • •Engage enterprise customers to understand challenges, validate product direction, drive adoption, and define/track product outcomes and metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of Product Management experience, with experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS.

  • •Proven ability to own complex products across multiple stakeholders, workflows, dependencies, and customer segments.
  • •Strong customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, execution, and analytical skills.
