Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead a mixed-age Montessori Children’s House classroom for ages 3–6, using observation and individualized guidance to support children’s academic, social, and emotional growth. Prepare an orderly, beautiful environment with child-accessible materials, deliver practical life and early learning lessons, and build strong relationships with families. Help children develop concentration, independence, and confidence through the Montessori approach and child-led work.
