Job Summary

Own continuous improvement for end-to-end supply chain processes across the EMEA region while ensuring global standards are adopted at local sites. Partner with Business Key Users, Global Process Specialists, and cross-functional teams to analyze process gaps, translate global templates into regional requirements, and support ERP rollouts including Infor M3 and other platforms. Coordinate process mapping, configurations, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, hypercare, and documentation.

•Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and develop structured solutions aligned with global standards.
•Ensure adherence to global process templates and support consistent execution across sites.
•Support ERP rollouts (e.g., M3, GIM) including process mapping, gap analysis, configuration, testing coordination, cutover, and integrations.
•Coordinate SIT and UAT test cycles and support hypercare and go-live activities.
•Document processes, deviations, and improvements; build capability through training and knowledge sharing with the BKO/BKU community.
