Strategic AI adoption lead (Central)

Own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio, embedding with customers to turn AI investment into measurable outcomes. Partner with a Transformation lead to identify the right capabilities per use case, then design and execute adoption strategies including champion networks, customized workshops, office hours, dashboards, and trainings. Build advocate and power-user communities, facilitate live and virtual events, refine materials using feedback and adoption data, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale customer impact.
