Perform preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and equipment improvements, including updates and installation. Monitor and analyze tool-related data to maintain performance and address recurring issues, and coordinate vendor service and repairs when needed. Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions. Work closely with engineering and manufacturing groups to ensure problems are resolved efficiently and meet process requirements.
