Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance the department's leadership position by applying advanced technologies and emerging ideas in real estate transaction systems.
  • •Participate in periodic on-site evaluations of project progress and requirements for building plans, ensuring compliance with specifications and preparing technical reports.
  • •Update website content and ensure relevant, up-to-date information is available to customers in coordination with Corporate Communications.
  • •Coordinate with surveying firms for projects submitted for audit.
  • •Develop policies, standards, governance frameworks for technologies and AI/IT solutions, and oversee implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 10,001 - 20,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related field
  • •No prior work experience required; the role admits candidates without professional experience
