Job Summary

Serve as a quota-carrying technical advisor who partners with Account Executives across the full customer journey. Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs across Cloudflare’s Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms. Drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization by monitoring customer health and telemetry, leading QBRs, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities using AI-augmented workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and PoCs across Cloudflare’s portfolio.
•Lead and/or oversee technical onboarding and implementation, acting as the primary executive and engineering contact while partnering on discovery, demos, onboarding, and expansion strategy.
•Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition and account growth, ensuring deep platform adoption, retaining revenue, and driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities using product usage data.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor across the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding through maturity, renewal, and expansion.
•Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks (e.g., RFP/security questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, and telemetry monitoring) to focus on high-value architecture work.
