Key Responsibilities

  • •Support vehicle launch activities across prototype builds, validation programs, pre-production, SOP, and production ramp-up to identify risks and confirm readiness.
  • •Investigate and diagnose complex vehicle issues using diagnostics, data logging, signal validation, component inspections, and failure analysis.
  • •Replicate issues on customer, fleet, pilot-build, pre-production, or test vehicles to validate failure conditions and confirm technical findings.
  • •Lead or support containment planning, issue escalation, and rapid-response during launch and early production ramp-up to mitigate quality risks.
  • •Manage quality concern lifecycle from identification through closure, including data collection, documentation, severity/risk assessment, corrective action tracking, and verification of fix effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
  • •6+ years’ experience in automotive field/product quality, reliability, warranty, diagnostics, manufacturing quality, vehicle integration, service engineering, or related areas.
  • •Strong understanding of vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical, high-voltage, thermal, chassis, body, infotainment, and software-enabled functions.
  • •Hands-on experience performing vehicle investigations, issue replication, diagnostics, validation, and technical problem solving.
  • •Ability to interpret DTCs, service/vehicle logs, telemetry, warranty, and manufacturing data, and perform structured root cause analysis.
