Job Summary

Own the commercial growth and success of the Hospitality vertical at Adyen as part of the Commercial Strategy & GTM team. Drive global Hospitality strategy, creating go-to-market playbooks, competitive analyses, and business cases for NA and EMEA. Serve as an internal/external SME on Hospitality and payments, inform product and partnership opportunities, and develop customer segmentation to expand revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Hospitality vertical performance, supporting general management and strategic direction.
•Define and drive global Hospitality commercial strategy, producing GTM playbooks, competitive analysis, and business cases.
•Serve as an internal and external SME for Hospitality, including understanding the interplay between PMS, CRS, and channels.
•Drive product and partnership strategy by analyzing customer behavior to identify product innovation and ecosystem partnership opportunities.
•Be the voice of the customer by partnering with Product Offering and informing pricing, packaging, and growth initiatives through segmentation and market-trend monitoring.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience, ideally combining deep Hospitality industry knowledge (Hotels, Resorts or Cruise) with payments or financial technology expertise.
•Strong strategic thinking ability with exceptional analytical depth to drive commercial outcomes.
•Experience and passion for GTM strategy and execution, translating customer input into data-driven business cases.
•Customer-centric mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders across Commercial, partnerships, and product.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
