Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the plant’s business objectives by performing facility maintenance tasks and maintaining safe working conditions.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment across air compressors, refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and electrical components including VFDs, controls, and 480v distribution.
  • •Perform building maintenance including plumbing, repairs, and housekeeping; read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • •Operate machines and maintain standard production objectives; accurately record production and communicate shift-change information.
  • •Maintain cleanliness by completing work areas, returning tools, reporting malfunctions, applying GMP, and directing non-conforming parts to reprocess areas.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
  • •3-5 years in facility maintenance trades and prior formal training.
  • •Ability to read/write/understand English and effectively communicate/report issues.
  • •Electro-mechanic or mechanical certification preferred; HVAC/refrigeration certification preferred.
  • •Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair production and/or facility equipment; ability to train personnel.
