Job Summary

Develop and manage a quality-focused, cost-efficient supply chain across China and the Asia-Pacific region to support Epiroc UMR’s global factories. Source and qualify suppliers, negotiate competitive total cost, lead supplier quality improvement with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with R&D to ensure suppliers meet lead time and technical requirements. Manage supplier performance, commercial master data, contracts, lead-time and payment terms, while complying with safety and risk control requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support cross-site operations for UMR global factories.
•Search, select, and qualify suppliers in China and Asia.
•Negotiate competitive total cost, lead time targets, and payment term targets with suppliers.
•Develop supplier quality improvement targets and programs and resolve supplier quality issues with the Quality team.
•Maintain supplier on-time-delivery performance, ensure supplier contracts are signed, and keep commercial master data (price, lead time, MOQ) accurate in the system while complying with safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•University graduate or above.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in sourcing function.
•Experience in purchasing machined parts, casting and forging components.
•Strong negotiating skills and vendor assessment capability.
•Fluent spoken and written English with professional interpersonal communication skills.
