Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts through project deliverables.
  • •Execute Property and Casualty consulting projects and provide holistic guidance to enable sustainable outcomes.
  • •Build and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder networks across the global organization.
  • •Contribute to project deliverables and pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics (or comparable qualification).
  • •Minimum 5 years of work experience in the broader financial/insurance industry in an international environment.
  • •Expert knowledge of AI frameworks; ability to leverage AI tools and advise on AI adoption for business transformation.
  • •Overall insurance business experience with product knowledge of Property and Casualty.
  • •Experience creating strategies and conceptual plans, plus project management and implementation experience.
