Job Summary

Lead group-wide consulting projects across the insurance value chain for Property and Casualty stakeholders. You will analyze customer needs, develop innovative concepts, and execute projects in a holistic way while building long-term customer relationships. Partner with group centers, contribute to pitches and deliverables under engagement guidance, and help grow Allianz Consulting through functional P&C expertise, coaching, mentoring, and training. AI adoption expertise is expected.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts through project deliverables.
•Execute Property and Casualty consulting projects and provide holistic guidance to enable sustainable outcomes.
•Build and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder networks across the global organization.
•Contribute to project deliverables and pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
•Develop future client needs, liaise with group centers for Property and Casualty, and support internal capability development through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Mathematics/Statistics (or comparable qualification).
•Minimum 5 years of work experience in the broader financial/insurance industry in an international environment.
•Expert knowledge of AI frameworks; ability to leverage AI tools and advise on AI adoption for business transformation.
•Overall insurance business experience with product knowledge of Property and Casualty.
•Experience creating strategies and conceptual plans, plus project management and implementation experience.
