Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) – Hope Plant

Oversee Tyson’s production operations on the 2nd shift at the Hope Plant, ensuring safe work practices, high production quality and yields, and accurate record keeping. Manage staffing and line start-up readiness, supervise team member exercises and job rotation for ergonomics, and maintain equipment/line maintenance standards. Ensure USDA inspection readiness, proper shipment accuracy, inventory rotation, and product coding while supporting continuous quality education and human-relations activities like training and counseling.
