Perform light automotive bodywork in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers, including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, removing and installing bumpers, completing minor plastic welding, and handling small-area repairs such as Bondo. Work in a fast-paced production environment with an emphasis on customer-ready results, and be able to support mandatory overtime based on business needs. Entry-level candidates are supported with training programs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to an MVR check.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Ability to use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
