Job Summary

Own invoicing, cash allocation, receivables monitoring, commissions, and rebilling within the Invoicing, Collection & Rebilling (ICR) team. Turn complex contract and data inputs into accurate invoices, commission statements, and payment allocations, reconciling accounts until items clear. Work with ERP/GL tools and large datasets, collaborate with business partners on queries and overdue items, and drive process improvements in invoicing, collections, commissions, and rebilling.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, create, and send invoices to business partners using system data (e.g., OneBen or partner inputs) and handle invoice-related queries.
•Allocate incoming cash to open invoices, clear unallocated items, and reconcile customer accounts with sales reports and customer statements.
•Monitor receivables ageing, proactively follow up on overdue items (including inter-company balances), and coordinate with partners to secure payments.
•Calculate commissions based on contracts, issue commission reports, monitor commission payments, and resolve commission-related questions.
•Manage rebilling of costs (e.g., CADE/CADI/quota share), ensuring accurate cost allocation and transparent recharge information while contributing to process improvements.

Key Requirements

•BTS Compta (bac +2) or equivalent accounting qualification with 2–8 years of practical experience.
•Hands-on invoicing, cash allocation, collections, and customer account reconciliation (including ageing analysis and clearing open items); insurance sector experience is a plus.
•Confident use of ERP/feeder and general ledger tools (SAP, ABS, OneBen or similar) and intermediate/advanced Excel for large datasets.
•Methodical data discipline with strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies and assess process gaps.
•Strong written and verbal communication in the local language; English and/or French are a plus for managing stakeholders.
