Key Responsibilities

•Provide quality clinical care to patients and develop/maintain patient care plans.
•Liaise with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management.
•Assess patients and coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.
•Work within Holsworthy Health Centre and on-base facilities to support defence healthcare services.
•Participate in CPD activities and maintain CST/CST credentials as required.

Key Requirements

•Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA).
•A current Sexual Health and Family Planning Australia Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health for Nursing or equivalent.
•Minimum of 2 years full-time Post Graduate experience within the previous 5 years in a sexual and reproductive health nurse role (or part time equivalent).
•Authorised Cervical Screening Test (CST) Provider; CST Credential and Certification of the Credentialed Course for the appropriate State/Territory.
•Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
