Job Summary

Develop end-to-end AI business solutions as part of the company’s AI Transformation Plan. Work across the full solution lifecycle—from data and development to integration, production rollout, and scaling—designing robust, scalable architectures aligned with corporate standards. Collaborate with business, data, architecture, cybersecurity, and technology teams to turn generative AI use cases (LLMs, RAG, agents) into real business value in a DevOps/cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the company’s AI Transformation Plan by building end-to-end AI business solutions.
•Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions, covering data, development, integration, production deployment, and scaling.
•Design and implement robust, scalable technical solutions aligned with corporate architectures.
•Collaborate with business, data, architecture, cybersecurity, and technology teams to deliver AI use cases that create real value.
•Implement end-to-end workflows and service orchestration, including event-driven architectures.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical fields.
•Practical experience in AI and software development, especially with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agents; familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
•Strong Python and/or Java skills, plus frameworks such as FastAPI and/or Spring; full-stack experience is valued.
•Knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes, GitHub, Elastic Stack, and related technologies.
•Ability to design architectures and integrate complex systems, orchestrating services and event-driven, end-to-end workflows, following cybersecurity and Secure Coding best practices.
