Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead a team of technical troubleshooting experts, acting as the last line of defense before core Engineering.
•Partner with engineering and customer teams to build systems that resolve escalated issues and coordinate resources across teams.
•Operationalize learnings from customer issue resolution at scale and iterate on internal processes with engineering and go-to-market partners.
•Manage team scaling and operations to deliver 24x7 global coverage, including holidays and weekends based on business needs.
•Build strong relationships with customers and participate in Support leadership to improve overall customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 234,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years leading technical support engineering or software engineering teams in high-scale, fast-paced environments.
•15+ years of experience in technical support engineering or software engineering.
•Experience leading highly skilled engineering teams and empowering senior individual contributors with clear technical and operational direction.
•Deep technical background in application development or infrastructure and strong instincts for operational systems and customer reliability.
•Experience working with U.S. federal government agencies, including leading support for complex technical deployments.
