People Operations Specialist

Own hands-on HR operations across the employee lifecycle, supporting People processes and executing transactions in Workday, Ashby, Lattice, and Zendesk. Coordinate new-hire onboarding and account creation for a smooth Day 1 experience, maintain accurate internal records through audits, and respond to employee inquiries. Support reporting and workforce metrics, manage end-to-end immigration programs, and lead contractor lifecycle workflows while ensuring compliance and an excellent employee experience.
