Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve the issue ticket landscape and identify actions to improve vendor performance.
  • •Own supplier non-conformances across Supplier Deviation Requests, IQC, and production, partnering with vendors to reduce issues and supply chain risk.
  • •Manage containment, receiving, and precision inspection non-conformances, executing required disposition and process updates to reduce total issue volume.
  • •Work with engineering, procurement, and production to assure high-quality parts and services that meet requirements.
  • •Review supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems (including onboarding and audits) and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and systemic root causes.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalency) with 2+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or quality; or a bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain.
  • •Ability to travel up to 25% of the work week.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to liaise cross-functionally and externally, including presenting to teams and management.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical requirements.
  • •Experience reading engineering drawings, including GD&T.
