Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead site operations, including workshops, warehousing, offices, IT/communications infrastructure, and other critical facilities.
  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused site team through recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
  • •Drive operational readiness and excellence, preparing equipment, people, facilities, and resources to meet customer requirements and SLAs.
  • •Oversee equipment commissioning and coordinate machine deliveries with Project Management for seamless implementation.
  • •Manage spares, parts, drilling consumables availability and deliver profitable service agreements while championing safety culture and customer training.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • •Proven experience in project and operational management, preferably within the mining industry.
  • •Strong experience working with OEM mining equipment.
  • •Proven leadership experience in a site-based mining environment.
  • •Commercial, sales, or customer-facing experience in mining solutions or aftermarket services.
