Key Responsibilities

  • •Govern baseline–forecast–actual workforce cost reporting, including cost variance analysis and payroll reconciliation.
  • •Establish and operate workforce change-control registers and conduct impact assessments.
  • •Monitor utilisation, chargeability, bench, and idle-cost exposure.
  • •Ensure integrity of workforce master data across resource management, work breakdown, and organisational structures.
  • •Automate workforce reporting through structured data models and business intelligence tooling while maintaining audit-ready workforce controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; Master’s preferred at Senior Manager level.
  • •10–13 years’ total experience with at least 5 years in workforce cost control, project controls, financial control, or management reporting.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic advantageous.
  • •Demonstrable capability building and maintaining reporting data models.
  • •Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
