Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and assets.
  • •Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and customer issues are communicated effectively to ensure Dashers pickups run smoothly.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through shifts, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, and lead by example with professional interactions.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help improve operations.
