Meet sales targets using strong product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell, generating high-value transactions and repeat customers. Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment, and comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss. Help customers find or obtain merchandise when items aren’t available in-store.
