Supervisor, Aircraft Line Maintenance - STL (St. Louis, MO, US)

Oversee line maintenance activities to ensure aircraft are repaired and returned to service safely, compliantly, and on time. Lead and guide aircraft maintenance teams through crew chiefs and leads, manage workload and resources, and coordinate with internal groups, airport management, and regulatory agencies such as the FAA and TSA. Identify training needs, provide coaching, address unsatisfactory results, and work closely with union leadership and the workforce.
