Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate DFY/DFM with internal teams and external suppliers during NPI introduction to enable consistent large-scale production of complex cooling architectures such as microchannel cold plates.
  • •Establish manufacturing readiness (process/equipment/control setup) prior to product launch.
  • •Drive suppliers to improve processes throughout the product lifecycle and to resolve and prevent issues.
  • •Plan and execute change management from internal or external parties and drive suppliers to establish manufacturing analytics to prevent issue excursions.
  • •Support regional supplier management to meet key performance indices, including overseas travelling as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,691,060 - 2,415,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/MS degree in Mechanical or Material.
  • •Strong knowledge in heat transfer and thermal cooling solutions for board/rack level to data center standards.
  • •Experience in thermal cooling manufacturing HVM and/or supplier management for thermal cooling manufacturing.
  • •Track record leading development/manufacturing control work to volume production for thermal cooling performance.
  • •Good leadership and interpersonal relationship.
