Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the designers across Mercury’s Growth organization, providing context, coaching, and feedback.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape Growth strategy, identify high-leverage opportunities, and define compelling customer experiences.
  • •Enable teams to move from intuition to learning using experimentation, customer insight, and business results.
  • •Raise the quality bar across experiences spanning public web presence, conversion, activation, virality, and customer experience.
  • •Create scalable growth design systems and operating practices that preserve judgment, creativity, and room for ambitious ideas.

Salary: USD 228,700 - 285,900 annually
