  • •Identify and implement automation and process transformation to increase transparency into the ops cost base and strengthen governance.
  • •Evolve the operating model with Technology Vendor Management, owning financial due diligence and review for complex hardware and software deals.
  • •Deliver Long Range and Annual Plans for ETS Operations; link investment and operations processes to provide unified Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) views.
