  • •Develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies supporting Starlink capital purchases and production consumables.
  • •Use data analytics and technical understanding of production equipment to identify cost, space, and process optimization opportunities.
  • •Negotiate to maximize value and cost savings while lowering risk and aligning delivery priorities.
  • •Build and manage project budgets, funding requests, and capitalization plans using total cost of ownership (TCO).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience (or 9+ years in lieu of a degree) in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, or operations/supply chain management.
  • •Master production scheduling, material cost control, and related purchasing/cost-management experience.
  • •3+ years of experience with capital expenditure purchasing.
  • •Experience purchasing across multiple categories.
  • •Strong project management, organizational skills, analytical ability, and effective written/verbal communication.
