You will lead process activities, identify and mitigate manufacturing risks, and influence engineering changes to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets in a high-precision aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a manufacturing engineering discipline for a specific process and product family MRL advancement, including PFMEA, Control Plan, and Gage R&R across three PW internal shops.
•Provide leadership to advance manufacturing process activities, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to achieve superior quality.
•Oversee investment casting discipline health from core production to delivery of airfoil casting, ensuring capability and cost targets.
•Assess discipline health, identify gaps, and develop/execute mitigation actions to address gaps and drive MRL improvements.
•Represent the organization in MRL execution forums, develop standard work, and support quality and regulatory audits.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of related experience.
•Demonstrated ability in advanced nickel alloy investment castings.
•Demonstrated proficiency in complex manufacturing activities and cross-functional project leadership.
•Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
•U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
