Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day operational leadership, including performance reviews, PTO/timecard approvals, coaching, and coaching-related escalations.
  • •Monitor team work preparing payroll checks and ensure payrolls are completed as scheduled.
  • •Process and support payroll changes based on personnel information, tax law updates, and overtime/bonus calculations.
  • •Perform and review payroll calculations, deductions, insurance coverage, wage garnishments, and tax filings; prepare payroll earnings/tax/deduction summaries.
  • •Analyze payroll problems, address payroll queries, coordinate with other departments for voids, and enforce applicable federal/provincial/local laws.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,600 - 89,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in payroll services or a similar industry.
  • •Experience handling/managing multi-Canadian provincial payrolls and processing Canadian payroll.
  • •Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education).
  • •PCP or PLP certification required (CPM designation preferred).
