Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative operations leadership, including front office, scheduling support, document control, and operational administration.
  • •Support budgeting, cost control, budget variance analysis, and cost allocation with Finance.
  • •Oversee facility readiness and coordinate maintenance, space utilization, and asset/supply availability while managing vendors and SLAs.
  • •Lead procurement, inventory, and resource coordination to ensure timely sourcing and prevent shortages, overstocking, or wastage.
  • •Drive process excellence and digital enablement for scheduling, documentation, reporting, governance, and risk management while coordinating cross-functionally to support events and service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in administrative operations, healthcare operations support, facility coordination, or business operations.
  • •Experience managing vendors, budgets, facilities, procurement, and support services.
  • •Experience in healthcare, sports facilities, wellness centers, or complex service environments (preferred).
  • •Master’s degree (preferred).
