Life Science Refrigeration Project Developer

Develop and support design-build refrigeration turnkey solutions for life sciences customers, with a focus on cold room contracting and walk-in refrigeration (coolers, freezers, modular cold rooms, and controlled-environment storage). Own the project lifecycle from scope development and cost estimating through equipment selection, engineering coordination, and design management to construction documents. Lead proposal development, coordinate MEP and subcontractors, validate the turnkey process, and support acquisition and customer satisfaction.
