Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate complete and consistent information flow for new items/programs and global product changes from sales/customers to process owners (business units, production, pre-press, formatting, programming).
  • •Ensure timely delivery of quotation and proofs to sales and/or customers.
  • •Coordinate efficient flow of product information to manufacturing units.
  • •Collect global prices, calculate pricing for RBIS Asia and other regions as required, and perform global margin analysis when needed.
  • •Coordinate timely availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink draw downs for manufacturing units and support other assigned issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Junior college degree or above (degree in any discipline).
  • •1 year or above of working experience.
  • •Experience coordinating merchandising and/or product development (e.g., handling sampling, vendor liaison, quotation).
  • •Experience in printing & design and apparel/footwear merchandising is an advantage.
  • •Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
