Key Responsibilities

•Lead key workflows for merchant fees, billing, payouts, and tax application for U.S. Enterprise New Verticals merchants, with consideration for global enterprise merchants
•Own the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap, acting as the Product Operations partner and voice of the New Verticals merchant in product prioritization discussions related to invoicing, tax, and payouts
•Design and improve processes and products to triage and resolve payment, invoicing, and tax issues, including clear ownership, routing, and escalation paths
•Support product builds from idea to launch with business cases, success metrics, and rollout plans for merchant-facing changes
•Create and maintain clear internal documentation and communications so Partner Managers and downstream Accounting and Support teams can explain changes and handle questions from merchants

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,400 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, product operations, or similar analytical roles
•comfortable working with pricing, fees, discounts, taxes, and payouts, and partnering closely with finance and tax teams
•ability to structure ambiguous merchant or payment problems, work across teams to find root causes, and drive a clear plan to fix them (or use AI to fix the issue)
•ability to work with data (e.g., spreadsheets or SQL) to size problems, build simple models, and track performance
•clear written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex topics to different audiences
