Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction

Own end-to-end commission service delivery for construction projects, ensuring client objectives are met through effective cost management. Support feasibility studies, prepare cost plans, lead tendering and procurement activities (including pre-qualification), and administer contracts through cost variances and change control. Produce monthly post-contract cost reports, negotiate final accounts, contribute to value engineering, and manage a cost management team where appropriate.
