Job Summary

Support the Thailand business by owning day-to-day finance operations, including timely Budget, Forecast and 3 Year Planning, tracking sales pacing and cost spend, and preparing clear budget commentary. Review monthly P&L with Asia Shared Service Centre, ensure accurate revenue/cost recording, accruals, intercompany billing, intercompany recharge, and auditor liaison. Provide business partner support to the event team and deliver analysis to guide decisions.

•Prepare timely, accurate Budget, Forecast, and 3 Year Planning for Thailand in line with templates and timetables.
•Monitor sales pacing and cost spending to identify and report risks and opportunities.
•Produce budget commentary highlights in advance, supported by analysis.
•Perform monthly P&L actual reviews with Asia Shared Service Centre, including correct revenue/cost recording, intercompany billings, and accruals.
•Support event business partnering and provide financial analysis plus ad hoc requests from stakeholders, including auditor liaison and intercompany recharge.
