Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, mentor, and build a warehouse and inventory control team; establish SOPs and train on material handling, safety, and system transactions.
  • •Develop and implement inventory management processes aligned with Anduril Federal policies for government property.
  • •Own cycle count and physical inventory programs (including ABC classification) to achieve and maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.
  • •Optimize picking through warehouse slotting based on velocity (e.g., golden zone) and ensure replenishment.
  • •Serve as ERP/WMS super-user to mirror receipts, stock transfers, and issues to production in real time; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or materials management in aerospace/defense or high-volume hardware manufacturing.
  • •1+ years of direct supervisory experience leading warehouse associates, inventory specialists, or material handlers.
  • •Deep understanding of cycle counting methodologies, WMS, and ERP systems.
  • •Ability to be 100% onsite at Anduril’s facilities in Costa Mesa, CA.
