Key Responsibilities

  • •Create an environment conducive to outstanding learning and teaching.
  • •Plan, teach, and assess lessons by setting clear teaching objectives, tasks, targets, and expectations.
  • •Identify SEN or very able students and provide lesson structures that maintain pace, motivation, and challenge.
  • •Use assessment and performance data to inform planning and deliver differentiated learning; ensure effective use of available time.
  • •Mark, monitor, and systematically assess student work, maintain records, prepare reports for parents, and contribute to academy vision/subject development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Education or another relevant field with a teaching qualification.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience teaching the specialist subject up to GCSE and A Level (desirable).
