Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate machine production equipment; fit and assemble parts to fabricate or repair machine tools.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and maintain industrial converting equipment to ensure reliability and uptime.
  • •Assemble new and rebuild existing equipment; set up and install upgrades and retrofits off-site as needed.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment; read electrical prints and replace faulty parts.
  • •Maintain parts inventory (order/receive), operate forklift, train operators on new/refabricated equipment, and support plant improvement or facility projects.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) or five years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and perform preventive maintenance for reliability and uptime.
  • •Experience assembling/rebuilding equipment and setting up/installing upgrades and retrofits.
  • •Knowledge of electrical work including reading electrical prints, replacing faulty parts, terminating/pulling wires, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • •Basic computer knowledge including Google, MS Word, and Excel.
